Affirmative Action is a law that every organization should hire or accept applicants based on their race’s size in our country. There are many people have positive impressions and negative impressions about Affirmative Action.

There are many people have positive impressions on Affirmative Action because they think that everyone in the U.S. should be equalized in employment. Some people thinks that they should be obey to the law. Some people may need different race of people to work at their companies to expand their businesses in other countries. Other people have positive impressions on Affirmative Action because they want to have no discrimination and prejudice on other races.

There are many people have negative impressions on Affirmative Action too. They oppose this law because they can not accept any other races speak another language or having a different culture. Some people think that if they accept a different race in the company, they afraid of there are a conflict between two personnel and affect the businesses. Other people’s company may not need other races to work at their companies.

In my opinion, I think that if you accepted a country of immigrant, you should accept different races in the U.S. and you also have to accept the law of Affirmative Action.
